A 1960s 8-unit apartment complex in Detroit aims to be converted into affordable housing, using triple-bottom-line business framework - benefits to profit, people, and planet. Prospect-Works developed a fit-out and feasibility study for this renovation, exploring strategies to maximize use of space, create a new entry experience for future residents as well as incorporate sustainability features like solar, geothermal, and on-site electric vehicle sharing.
