Located in the cultural hub of Eastern Market, the renovation of the Atlas Building draws on the legacy of furniture and maker-culture in Michigan to inspire its next phase of life. Ground-floor retail is paired with a variety of loft-style apartments on the upper floors, from micro-units to 1 and 2 bedroom lofts.
