STRETCH-HOUSE is an flexible, illuminated pavilion in the neighborhood of Hope Village which seeks to activate the corner of Dexter and Chalfonte through open-ended occupancy and active programming with the neighborhood’s many community-building institutions. Markers of its success would be not only in formal programming and events, but it’s casual use - a place to sit, to play, to meet up.
